Rob Morea
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Rob Morea came to New York City 20 years ago and has cultivated deep knowledge of neighborhoods across the city as a renter, owner, and seller.
His background in health and fitness — serving CEOs, developers, writers, and actors — honed the communication and listening skills clients cite for integrity, patience, and commitment.
Rob partners with Don Capoccia as his mentor and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware.

Steve Lischin
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Steve Lischin has 25 years in New York City, building a fitness and nutrition practice alongside hands-on property management experience as a superintendent for eight buildings with commercial and residential units.
That background makes him fluent in building systems, local codes, repairs, and renovations — and in guiding coop and condo boards through complex projects.
Steve lives on Manhattan's Lower East Side with his family and brings a parent's perspective to neighborhood and school decisions for buyers.
